Saeco Espresso Machine
If you’re a fan of coffee, and more precisely you love a daily espresso then it’s possible that while you enjoy
the beverage you may not be enjoying the daily trip to the coffee shop nor do you enjoy having to spend money every
day on something that you could obtain in the comfort of your own kitchen. With a Saeco espresso maker in your
kitchen you can get your daily espresso without having to make a special stop on your way to work or dishing out
extra money each day.
Founded in Italy in 1981, the Saeco company offers both fully automatic and manual espresso machine versions,
but regardless of their make or model they are all modern, stylish and sleek and as such can complement any
kitchen.
One Saeco espresso machine is the Saeco Nina which is a classic espresso machine, meaning that it’s not fully
automatic. Its features do include a pressurized aluminum filter holder which ensures the great extraction of the
espresso because of the pressurized chamber creating the ideal elements for brewing the perfect cup of espresso. It
has a removable fifty ounce water tank which is great for easy cleaning and refilling. The Nina also comes with a
pod adaptor which can be used to enable the model to work with prepackaged shots or pods of coffee. The model has a
plastic Pannarello which is used to froth the milk required for cappuccinos and lattes and to produce hot water for
tea. One interesting feature is that it has a cup warming surface which is heated by the residual heat of the
boiler helping to keep two espresso cups warm for a time after the machine is turned off.
The Saeco Aroma espresso machine represents a great combination between Saeco's legacy of Swiss quality and
Italian styling. Some quick facts about the Aroma model would be that it features a powerful 15-bar pump, a
pressurized portafilter, a cup warming surface and a steam and hot water wand with and the Pannarello milk frothing
device which is featured in the previous model.
The Saeco Magic Cappuccino Plus Espresso machine is a classic pump-driven espresso machine which features the
ESE adaptor mentioned for the previous models as well as an Illy button which optimizes the brewing of the
Illy-brand coffee. This model also features the pressurized portafilter and cup-heating surface with the extra of
an automatic frothing device a removable drip tray and a larger sixty-eight ounce water tank.
Even if this model does feature the special Illy button, regardless of the coffee you use, the machine will
provide you with the same level of results one expects from this brand. The company’s patented pressurized filter
makes sure that you get a great result each and every time regardless of the brand of coffee you use while the
frothing device makes making cappuccinos extremely easy, and with the main power switch turned on its Bon Temp
heating surface heats electrically, being able to house up to four espresso cups at a time.
